Decisions adopted by COP 10

The Bureau, at its meeting on 1 March 2004,
accepted the generous offer of the Government of Argentina to host COP 10 in
Buenos Aires. They also agreed to a proposal by the Government of Argentina
to shift the dates by one week to 6 to 17 December 2004,
taking into account the availability of “La Rural” exhibition center.

SBI 20 will consider
arrangements for COP 10, including elements of the provisional agenda and
the organization of the high-level segment. For further information, please
